• Head spa is 50% deposit upon booking.
• No appointment is kept without deposit been made.
• The deposit is none refundable and none transferable.
• All vouchers have to be used with in 6 months of purchase.
What to expect when coming for a head spa.
This is a luxury hair wash done in a spa like tradition on a bed.
- You will remove all Items of clothing apart from your knickers.
- We recommend coming with no makeup on.
- All earrings and jewellery must be removed before treatment.
We recommend doing this before you arrive all items of jewellery are your responsibility.
We start with a foot wash Before your spa treatment begins, you will have foot massage ritual to release your tension and to refresh your body.
Then your head spa will start.
Massage is used during treatment on the top half of the body with aromatherapy associates oils.
Please let therapist know if you do not wish to have this part of the service or our sensitive or have allergins to oils.
If you add Dermalux Led therapy onto your session please make sure you have no products on your face or treated area before your service.
The dermalux light is very bright if it feels too bright let your therapist know.
Blow dry is not included in the service only a dry off.
You can add a blowdry on for an extra charge.
Unfortunately we don’t do the service with extensions in.
We offer a take our extension package and had spa.
Medical conditions: Anyone who’s had a stroke or got heart problems has diabetes or problems with blood pressure but it’s not controlled by medication.
(This is for the full body massage)

Consultation
Start with a in-depth talk about concerns you have with your hair & scalp from your pre appointment questionnaire.
Scalp analysis
Looking under the tricho- analyser to see the health of the scalp and any underlying issues or concerns.
(Photos will be taken if you have ticked the box in your questionnaire this is a reminder that these photos maybe used)
Prescription
Discussion on what treatment plan will work best for your hair & scalp journey.
Treatment
Sometimes a treatment cannot be done on the same day as we may need blood work or further investigation.
Home care
You will be given your home care regimen to follow on at home with any additional follow up appointments.

Exfoliating treatment that rejuvenates the scalp, removing dead skin cells and excess sebum to create an optimal environment for healthier hair growth.
Cleansing
Gently washes and DEEP CLEANSES THE SCALP, REMOVING BUILT UP OIL, DEBRIS AND HAIR PRODUCTS WHILE UNCLOGGING THE FOLLICLES preparing for the treatment.
Massge
Relaxing scalp essential oils Massaged to improve blood circulation stimulate hair growth and release tension.
Head bath
A tranquil and soothing water treatment that brings relaxation during your head spa session, creating a calming experience for your hair and scalp.

Nourishing hair mask application for deep hydration, promoting healthier hair.
Revitalise treatment to CALM AND NOURiSH INFLAMED SCALP to promote a healthier scalp environment.
Finishing touches
Simple dry off is included.
Styling or blow wave available with additional charge must be pre booked.
